per Code of insulation in roof and wall - - published by the National Federation of Roofing Trades Association of roof, wall, and sealing technology in September 2004, the following requirements apply:

3.2. Diffusion

3.2.1 General

Thereof should be made in the outer layers with sd egg ≥ 100 m only in exceptional cases, as trapped moisture may have penetrated or later, for example, structural moisture through leaks or increased only poorly or not at all dry.
